This agreement applies to products and adverts listed on sangamiliki.com. Purchases and vendor activity on gulioletu.com follow the terms published on that website.
1. How listings work
Only authorised administrators of SANGA MILIKI LIMITED publish products, adverts and banners on this website. Sellers and advertisers do not post directly. A seller or advertiser who wants to be listed must contact us and submit accurate product or advert details, which we review before publishing.
2. Seller responsibilities
A seller confirms that:
- they own the goods or have the right to sell and advertise them;
- all descriptions, photos, prices and stock information are true and not misleading;
- the goods are lawful, safe, genuine and not on our Prohibited Items list;
- they will fulfil confirmed orders on time and keep goods in the described condition;
- they will honour our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy for faulty or wrongly described goods.
3. Our rights
We may approve, edit, refuse, pause or remove any listing or advert at any time, for example if it breaches this agreement, the law or our policies, or if complaints are received.
4. Pricing, fees and payment
Prices are set as agreed with the seller and shown in TZS. Any listing fee, commission or settlement terms are agreed with the seller in writing. Payments to sellers are made after the order is delivered and the return period has passed, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide correct delivery and contact details.
- Pay the full price and any delivery fees.
- Check the order on receipt and report problems within the time stated in our Delivery and Shipping Policy.
- Use the goods lawfully and as intended.
6. Orders, delivery and returns
These follow our Delivery and Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.
7. Disputes between buyer and seller
Please report the issue to us. We will try to resolve it fairly using the process in our Complaints and Dispute Resolution policy. We may hold or release payments, or arrange a refund, based on the evidence provided.
8. Liability
We act as the operator of the listing platform. Sellers are responsible for their goods and descriptions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending the relationship
Either party may end a seller arrangement by written notice. Obligations for existing orders continue until completed. We may end it immediately for serious breaches.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
