We are a Tanzanian holding company in Dar es Salaam with six divisions: consultancy and legal, digital, land and property, courier and errands, marketplace and e-commerce, and reception and escort.
Do I need an account to use the website?
No. Only our administrators have accounts. You can browse the catalogue, place an order and contact us without registering.
How do I order a product?
Open the Shop, choose a product, add it to your cart and check out. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +255 753 786 858 and we will help you place the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. If you prefer to arrange payment another way, contact us before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the item. Please see our Delivery and Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
Yes, in the cases described in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
How do I request one of your services (consultancy, digital, land, courier, reception)?
Open the Services page, choose the service and tap “Enquire on WhatsApp”, or send us a message from the Contact page. We will reply with details and a quote.
What is GulioLetu?
GulioLetu (gulioletu.com) is our multi-vendor marketplace, where trusted vendors sell their products. It has its own vendor and buyer terms.

Contact us with your business details and product information. Our team will review your request and, if approved, list your products. Please read the Seller & Buyer Agreement and the Prohibited Items list first.
