To keep our catalogue and adverts safe and lawful, the following may not be listed, advertised or sold through SANGA MILIKI LIMITED:
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances, and drug-related equipment.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and anything designed to cause harm.
- Counterfeit, fake or imitation branded goods and pirated media or software.
- Stolen goods or goods whose ownership cannot be shown.
- Wildlife, ivory, protected plants and animals, and products made from them.
- Medicines, medical devices, cosmetics or food that are unregistered, expired or sold without the required authorisation.
- Hazardous, flammable or toxic materials.
- Human remains or organs, and adult or sexually explicit content.
- Forged documents, fake certificates, identity documents and personal data lists.
- Land or property without a verifiable title or without the owner’s authority to sell.
- Adverts that are false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or that promote hatred or violence.
- Anything else that is illegal in Tanzania or that we reasonably judge to be unsafe or harmful.
We may remove any item or advert and refuse future listings from anyone who breaks these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. To report a concern, email info@sangamiliki.com.
